  • Subscribe to Argan Finanse’s accounting services with WeSub’s subscription solutions

  • How we implemented 24-hour rental in our vendor’s online store

    We have introduced rentals to the Sigma photo store, the largest independent manufacturer of lenses compatible with Canon, Nikon, Sony, Olympus and Pentax cameras in as little as 24 hours. 

    The entire process begins when a supplier expresses a desire to implement rentals into their e-commerce offering. Then WeSub gets to work. In the first step, the supplier – in this case, Sigma, selects a button design from WeSub’s pre-prepared proposals to enter a Subscription Agreement on the tab of each of their products. At the same time, we collect store pricing data, calculating the prices of equipment available for rent.  Next, IT customises the button to match the look and technology used in the store. This creates code that the supplier quickly pastes into their e-commerce code. If required, we can assist the supplier at every stage of implementation. This is the only activity that SIGMA had to perform to complete our integration.

    The process of renting equipment from SIGMA involves WeSub purchasing the equipment when the customer enters into a subscription agreement for it. The subscription fee is transferred monthly by the Client to the WeSub account. For SIGMA, therefore, there is no cost, and they have the profits from their transaction immediately. In the end, WeSub’s efforts are designed to increase the availability of the supplier’s offerings, leaving the risk on our side.

    We also always suggest explaining the concept of rental on your company website. We create a homepage banner for the supplier, from which we refer the customer to an information subpage with all the necessary information to spread the subscription economy together with our suppliers.

  • Light Subscription, or free upgrade to LED lighting

    Light Subscription is a viable and straightforward solution that WeSub has developed with Schahlled. 

    The entire process involves WeSub purchasing the lighting used for a particular retrofit directly from Schahlled. There are no costs for the user to start (it can be a municipality, a community, a company, practically everyone can benefit). 

    The light retrofit is then paid for by the savings generated from reducing electricity consumption associated with replacing lighting with LEDs. And all this is based on monthly VAT invoices, constituting costs of running the business. The whole further process is handled by WeSub. Our partner does not need to complete any paperwork or bear any risk. Their role is to deliver the item obtained through Subscription. 

    There are many benefits to subscribing to light, most notably the lack of risk associated with other forms of financing and the need for high start-up costs. From day one of using Schahlled LED lighting, 70-90% savings are generated. In addition, all lighting is guaranteed for the entire subscription period. 

  • Cooperation with ASUS manufacturer – Rental implementation at resellers

    WeSub has partnered with computer hardware manufacturer ASUS to create the ASUS Business Rent solution, allowing companies to rent ASUS hardware from all of its resellers. 

    Following the partnership, WeSub began deploying personalised RentPlugIn (button) at ASUS’s selected resellers. Over time, the number of online stores that have ASUS Business Rent available is growing – the integrations are done gradually, and the process is carried out entirely by us. In addition, we offer substantive and technological support to every reseller who implements our solution at their place. 

    In addition to technology integration, we also provide all kinds of content material implemented on vendor e-commerce. We want ASUS Business Rent to be as visible as possible right from the homepage. We prepare sliders for home pages, subpages of information that tell the end customer about the rental and its benefits. If the supplier is willing, we help prepare graphics and content for social media channels announcing the new capability available on their platforms. We make every effort to publicise the latest products introduced. 

    The first e-commerce to which WeSub has deployed ASUS Business Rent with ASUS is the ITnes store. On ASUS product pages, you will see our RentPlugIn, through which you can enter into a fully automatic subscription agreement for the hardware of your choice. Along with ITnes, we run a GoogleAds campaign that informs about the rental option available on the site by redirecting the customer directly to the ASUS category. We tailor marketing activities to the current sales channels of a given e-commerce business. 

  • Call to submit stock documents

    The Management of the Company WeSub SA with its seat in Warsaw, Poland. (hereinafter: the “Company”) in connection with art. 16 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, 1798), calls on all stockholders of the Company to submit their stock documents for dematerialisation. Share documents should be submitted to the registered office of the Company, at Adama Branickiego 17 street on working days (Monday to Thursday) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
